There is adopted and incorporated among the rules and regulations pertaining to the installation and maintenance of sewers within the city a certain Manual of Procedures for the administration of the Sewer Permit Ordinance of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago, copies of which are on file with the city clerk.
