§ 51.11 TAMPERING WITH WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM METER.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except personnel authorized by the city authorities, to tamper with, alter, or injure any part of the city waterworks or supply system, and it shall be unlawful to interfere with, to bypass, or to tamper with any meter in any manner whatsoever. No meter shall be moved or disturbed without authority obtained from the municipal authorities.
