§ 50.29 DISOBEYING RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF WATER DURING EMERGENCIES.
   In the event that the rules for the use of water during emergencies, as set out in § 50.28, are not complied with by premises served by the city water system, whether located within or without the boundaries of the city, the delivery of water from the municipal water mains to the premises shall terminate without further notice and shall remain terminated for a period of 24 hours for each violation of the rules set out in § 50.28. In addition, water service shall not be resumed until there has been paid to the city as a fee for the resumption of service the amount of $100.
