§ 50.19 CITY LIABILITIES.

The city shall not be liable for any damage caused by a leak or break in any water or sewer service pipe, or for damage shall not be liable for any damage caused by a leak caused by a failure to repair the same promptly, nor shall the city be liable for any damage caused by the repair or installation of such pipes or resulting therefrom.
