§ 50.18A CITY PROPERTY.
   The city's responsibility for any water or sewer break shall be limited to replacing of lawns and driveways excavated as a result of the break. The city shall not be responsible for the damage or destruction of any items placed upon city-owned property by homeowners, such as, but in no way limited to, shrubs, landscaping, water sprinklers systems, and the like.
