§ 50.05 SIGNED PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No connection shall be made with the combined waterworks and sewerage system without the signed permit of the city collector. Any connection or opening made with the waterworks and sewerage system without a signed permit or in any manner different from the mode prescribed for the opening or connection, shall subject the maker to the penalties set forth in § 10.99.
