§ 50.02 COMPLIANCE WITH RULES, REGULATIONS.
   All service pipes and connections to shall comply with the specifications and the combined waterworks and sewage system rules set forth by the mayor and city council. Any persons not complying with the specifications and rules for connection to the waterworks and sewerage system shall be subject to a penalty as § 10.99 provides.
