§ 38.22 DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING.
   (A)   There is created the Office of Director of Accounting who shall report to the City Administrator.
   (B)   Responsibilities include: accounting and related information systems, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, investment analysis, grant procurement, and general government duties as directed.
