§ 38.11 RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Municipal Grounds and Property Department shall be responsible for the maintenance of all city owned or leased buildings, structures, parks and parkways; control of weeds within the city; and the operational maintenance of all motorized equipment and vehicles.
