§ 37.07 CITY RESIDENTS PREFERRED AS CITY EMPLOYEES; RECORD OF ADDRESS.
   Whenever possible, it shall be the policy of all department directors to employ personnel who are bona fide residents of the city. All city personnel shall maintain an up-to-date record of residence address with the department of general government.
