The violation claim described in the citation issued pursuant to § 35.10 may be settled, compromised, and paid in the amounts set forth in the following schedule:
(A) In the event that payment is made prior to the mailing by the city or by the peace officer of a final notice, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:
Improper parking $ 20
Overnight parking 20
No dog license 20
Dog running at large 20
No business license 20
Illegal garbage-burning 20
Nuisance ordinance 20
Handicapped parking 100
(B) In the event that payment has not been made prior to the mailing of the final notice and, in fact, final notice has been mailed, the following amounts shall be accepted as settlement:
Improper parking $ 40
Overnight parking 40
No dog license 40
Dog running at large 40
No business license 40
Illegal garbage-burning 40
Nuisance ordinance 40
Handicapped parking Court appearance
(C) In the event that payment is not made within the time prescribed in the final notice, and a notice to appear has been served and a complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, payment of any fine and costs shall be in the amounts as may be determined and established by the Circuit Court of Cook County with the minimum fine being $50, except for handicapped parking, where the minimum fine shall be $100.
