§ 34.101 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A CITY TREE BOARD.
   There is hereby created and established a city tree board which shall consist of six members, five of which shall be citizens and residents of this city, who shall be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the city council and building commissioner.
