§ 34.61 BOARD OF TRUSTEES - ESTABLISHED; ADMINISTRATION OF FUND.

There is established a board of trustees of the police pension fund of the city. The board shall administer the police pension fund, and designate the beneficiaries thereof, in accordance with law.
