(A) All city parks, the buildings at the parks, and the parking lots serving the parks, except the Lake Katherine Nature Preserve, shall be closed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless a permit for the use thereof is issued by the city council.
(B) The Lake Katherine Natural Preserve, the buildings at Lake Katherine, and the parking lot serving Lake Katherine shall be closed each day from dusk to dawn, unless a permit for the use thereof is issued by the city council.
(C) It is unlawful for any person or vehicle to remain on the Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Gardens property, or any city park, after they are closed, except as authorized by permit.
(D) Persons who violate the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $25 and not more than $500 for each such offense.
