(A) The operation of the swimming pool shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in exhibit “A” is on file with the city clerk and incorporated in this section as if fully set forth herein.
(B) Charges and fees for the use of the swimming pool shall be in accordance with exhibit “B” on file with the city clerk, and incorporated in this section as if fully set forth herein.
(C) Any person who violates any rule or regulation incorporated herein or hereinafter adopted shall be subject to a penalty of a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $200.
