(A) Meeting frequency policies. The RAB shall meet six times a year at a time and place it shall, by order designate. It may also hold special meetings as it deems necessary; special meetings shall be at the request of the chair of the RAB and administrative staff, or on request of three members. A complete record shall be kept at the city offices of all proceedings of the RAB, which record shall be available for public examination at all times. All meetings shall be open to the public.
(B) Meeting cancellation policy. In the event there is no business pending before the RAB, the regular scheduled meeting may be cancelled.
(C) Meeting posting policy. The agenda and minutes of the RAB shall be posted on the City of Palos Heights website.
