§ 34.51 AUTHORITY TO ADOPT REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Authority. The RAB shall, with majority approval of the recreation committee, have the authority to propose rules of procedure governing its proceedings and will conduct all of its proceedings in accordance with such rules.
   (B)   Quorum percentage. Fifty percent of the voting membership of the RAB shall constitute a quorum.
