§ 33.73 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The city administrator shall receive such compensation for the performance of his/her duties as set by the corporate authorities with adjustments from time to time as the corporate authorities deem appropriate. The adjustments to salary shall be at a rate of no less than the average percentage Increases afforded all city department heads for the year.
   (B)   The city and the administrator shall enter into an employment agreement which shall detail compensation, fringe benefits, and other appropriate agreements describing the working relationship between the city administrator and the corporate authorities.
