§ 33.72 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   The city administrator shall be appointed by the mayor to a term of office as provided for by law, and with the approval of the city council by a majority vote. The administrator shall, in all cases, be subject to the authority and direction of the mayor and the official actions of the city council.
