§ 33.52 INSPECTIONS; COMPENSATION.
   The health officer and any assistant health officers shall inspect each business subject to inspection on one occasion during the first six months of each calendar year and shall make a second inspection during the last six months of every calendar year. They shall make such reinspections as are necessary in order to respond to a complaint. The health officer and any assistant health officers shall be compensated at the rate of $40 for each of the two semiannual inspections to be conducted annually and an additional $10 for each reinspection by the health officer. The compensation shall not exceed $80 for inspections for any business and a maximum of $20 for the aggregate of reinspections or a total not to exceed $100 of compensation for each business inspected.
