§ 31.55 MOTIONS TO LAY ON THE TABLE AND TAKE FROM THE TABLE.
   (A)   A motion to lay a question on the table shall not be debatable.
   (B)   A motion to take any motion or other proposition from the table may be proposed at the same meeting at which the motion or proposition was laid upon the table, or at the next succeeding meeting; if not taken from the table by the close of the next session, the motion laid on the table dies.
   (C)   A motion to lay any particular motion or proposition on the table shall apply to any main motion or proposition, or to an appeal. When a motion is laid on the table, all adhering motions go to the table with it.
