§ 31.20 SUPERVISION OF CODE OF ORDINANCES.
   The legislative responsibility for the supervision and revision of specific sections of the code of ordinances shall be the responsibility of the respective committee of the city council designated in the chart of organization which is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
