Meetings of the city council shall be held and conducted at the City of Palos Heights Administrative Center, located at 7607 College Drive, Palos Heights, Illinois. However, upon written notice posted at the designated meeting place at least 10 days prior to any meeting, the place of the meeting may be changed and designated to be held in another assembly room within the territorial limits of the city.
