§ 12.01 OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND OFFICIAL MAP ADOPTED.
   (A)   There is adopted an official comprehensive plan and official map for the city.
   (B)   The requirements of the city relating to the size of streets, alleys, public ways, parks, playgrounds, school sites, other public grounds, ways for public service facilities, the kind and quantity of materials to be used in the construction of streets and alleys, and the standards required for drainage and sanitary sewers and the collection and treatment of sewage, shall be as set forth in those chapters and sections of the municipal code dealing therewith.
   (C)   The official comprehensive plan and official map and this section shall be placed on file with the municipal clerk and shall be available at all times during business hours for public inspection.
   (D)   Copies of the plan, and all ordinances implementing the same, including the official map, shall be made available to all interested parties upon the payment of the sum of $1.50, which sum is determined by the corporate authorities to be adequate to reimburse the general fund of the city for the cost of printing and distributing the same.
   (E)   This official comprehensive plan and official map shall become effective upon the expiration of 10 days after the date of filing notice of the adoption of official comprehensive plan or amendment with the recorder of deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
