(A) The territory of the City of Palos Heights shall be divided into four wards, the boundaries of which shall be as follows:
(1) Ward 1.: Beginning at the intersection of 127th Street and 70th Avenue, the boundary shall be the center line of 127th Street east to 68th Court, then the center line of 68th Court north to 125th Street, then the center line of Shiawassie Drive/125th Street east to Navajo Drive, then the center line of Navajo Drive north to 125th Street, then the center line of 125th Street east to Ridgeland Avenue, then the center line of Ridgeland Avenue south to 127th Street, then starting south and continuing along the city limits to the intersection of 131st Street and Forest View Road, then the center line of Forest View Road north to Edgewood Road, then the center line of Edgewood Road west to 70th Avenue, then the center line of 70th Avenue north to 127th Street.
(2) Ward 2.: Beginning at the intersection of 127th Street and 69th Court, the boundary shall be the center line of 69th Court north to 125th Street, then the center line of 125th Street west to Harlem Avenue, then the center line of Harlem Avenue north to the northern city limits, then starting southeast along the northern city limits and continuing along the eastern city limits to the intersection of Ridgeland Avenue and 127th Street, then the center line of Ridgeland Avenue north to 125th Street, then the center line of 125th Street west to Navajo Drive, then the center line of Navajo Drive south to Shiawassie Drive, then the center line of Shiawassie Drive/125th Street west to 68th Court, then the center line of 68th Court south to 127th Street, then the center line of 127th Street west to 69th Court.
(3) Ward 3.: Beginning at the intersection of 127th Street and 69th Court, the boundary shall be the center line of 127th Street west to the western city limits, then starting north along the western city limits and continuing along the northern city limits to Harlem Avenue, then the center line of Harlem Avenue south to 125th Street, then the center line of 125th Street east to 69th Court, then the center line of 69th Court south to 127th Street.
(4) Ward 4.: Beginning at the intersection of 127th Street and 70th Avenue, the boundary shall be the center line of 70th Avenue south to Edgewood Road, then the center line of Edgewood Road east to Forest View Road, then the center line of Forest View Road south to the southern city limits, then starting west along the southern city limits and continuing along the western city limits to 127th Street, then the center line of 127th Street east to 70th Avenue.
