§ 31.47 REQUIREMENTS.
   All appointed and commissioned peace officers for the office of Public Safety must comply with all rules and regulations for such appointment with the state’s Commission of Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education. All peace officers for the office of Public Safety shall be peace officers as stated in Tex. Code of Criminal Procedures § 2.12.
