§ 31.14 ATTENDANCE AT FIRES; EMERGENCY SCENES.
   The Marshal or a member of his or her staff may respond and be present at any emergency within the city. In the event a fire is suspected to be arson, a member of the office of Emergency Services must respond and oversee any and all criminal investigations into the cause or origin of the fire.
