§ 31.11 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   The Emergency Management/Homeland Security Director shall be responsible for the creation, filing and maintenance of the Emergency Action Plan and hazard assessments for the city.
   (A)   Hazard assessments are to be completed by the city entity having first responder jurisdiction.
   (B)   Completed hazard assessments are maintained in the Emergency Management/Homeland Security office and Emergency Operations Center for preparedness and operation exercises.
