§ 31.10 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
   (A)   The Marshal shall be responsible for completion and the maintenance of all memorandums of understandings with the state with regards to communications and emergency management.
   (B)   The Marshal shall serve on applicable committees as a representative of the city.
