The Marshal shall coordinate the flow of information regarding matters of homeland security for the city and may release law enforcement only information to members of the office of Emergency Services as needed to ensure preparedness and safety at scenes of emergencies. All disseminated information shall be marked appropriately to ensure compliance with all criminal justice rules and regulations. The Marshal may forward to the city’s Police/Fire Departments information which is of relevance to the performance of their duties.
