The office of Emergency Services shall be responsible and required to maintain the city’s Emergency Operation Center (EOC). The Marshal/EMC shall act as the EOC Manager or may appoint such role to another member of the Emergency Management/Homeland Security office as necessary. The EOC shall be a secured place and have limited access to restrict the flow of information within it to persons involved in the operation of the EOC.
