§ 30.17 LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   The Palmview Municipal Library is hereby established as the city’s public library.
   (B)   The Palmview Library Advisory Board is hereby created to provide advice and support for the library. The Board shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council.
   (C)   The Council from time to time may assess necessary fees for services.
