§ 50.26 RETENTION OF RECORDS.
   The construction site operator must retain a copy of the SWP3 and all reports and actions required by this chapter and state and federal law, including NPDES, TPDES and General Permit No. 150000, for a minimum period of three years from the date that final stabilization has been achieved on all portions of the site.
