§ 50.23 CITY INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION SITES.
   City building inspection, Code Enforcement and Public Works staff and the City Engineer are hereby authorized to inspect construction sites for the purpose of ensuring compliance and enforcement of control measures contained in the SWP3s and this chapter.
