§ 36.10 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.
   An Ethics Review Commission is established, to be composed of five members, all of whom shall NOT be involved in the alleged violation at hand. Members of the Commission will include City Attorney, City Manager, Police Chief, Human Resources Director, and Fire Chief.
