§ 156.008 CUMULATIVE PROVISIONS.
   Should there be any existing ordinance, regulation, policy and/or guideline that may be in conflict with the established regulations of this chapter, whether in whole or in part, the terms of this chapter shall be controlling and override any such existing conflict.
