§ 156.007 SEVERABILITY.

By the adoption of this chapter, should there be any word, sentence, phrase and/or expression that may be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, or legally deleted from the content of this chapter, it is declared that the remaining portion or portions of this chapter shall remain fully enabled, active and in full force.
