The city will allow, in limited circumstances, the use of multiple water meters within any single lot. Said permit shall be issued in certain extreme circumstances, issued by and under written authority from only the City Manager. Any such permit will be issued to a specific individual and shall not run or carry with the lot or subsequent owner.
