§ 153.999 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in this chapter. Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violation of this chapter.
