(A) All mobile home or recreational vehicle parks shall be connected to an approved sewage collection and disposal system.
(B) Septic tanks may be used in mobile home or recreational vehicle parks where percolation tests spaces 400 feet or less throughout the mobile home or recreational vehicle parks are conducted by a professional engineer. A written report of soil conditions and minimum drain fields shall be furnished. Percolation test made by a recommendation of authorized county or state health and or water quality agencies may be furnished in lieu of test by registered engineer.
(C) (1) Each mobile home and recreational vehicle stand shall be provided with at least four-inch diameter sewer riser pipe. The sewer riser pipe shall be so located on each stand that the sewer connection to the mobile home or recreational vehicle drain outlet will approximate a vertical position.
(2) The sewer connection to the mobile home or recreational vehicle from the sewer riser pipe and any other sewer connections shall be in accordance with the applicable requirements of the county’s Plumbing Code.
(3) All materials used for sewer connections shall be in accordance with the county’s Plumbing Code.
