§ 152.30 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE HOME OR RECREATION VEHICLE PARK. A unified development of mobile home or recreational vehicle spaces arranged on a tract of land under single person ownership, for the purpose of renting or leasing lots meeting all requirements of this subchapter.
