§ 152.16 LOCATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   An individual mobile home or recreational vehicle may be located or situated only in established mobile home or RV parks with the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
   (B)   No mobile home or RV may be located or situated in a subdivision established for single-family dwellings of permanent type construction within such a subdivision, mobile homes or RVs may be situated only in those areas expressly designated for mobile homes and RVs of said subdivision as approved as such by the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Council.
   (C)   (1)   An individual desiring to locate a mobile home or RV in an area other than a mobile home or RV park or a subdivision where mobile homes are allowed must first seek a permit from the city and indicate where he or she desires to locate the mobile home or RV.
      (2)   The city will then determine if there is no objection to such location of the mobile home or RV and if such location if suitable for placement of a mobile home or RV.
      (3)   There being no objection and the location being suitable for placement of mobile homes or RVs, the individual will be granted a permit to locate his or her mobile home or RV in the approved location.
