(A) It is the intent of this chapter that Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances be carried out simultaneously with the review of the mobile home and recreational vehicle park provisions.
(B) The plans required under this chapter must be submitted in a form which will satisfy the requirements of Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances for the preliminary and final plans required under these regulations.
(C) Both this chapter and other sections of Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances contain regulations which apply to such matters in the design of a planned development as streets and open spaces. In any planned development for which the provisions of the two are in conflict, the Planning and Zoning Commission, with advice and recommendations from the City Council, shall make the decision as to which shall prevail.
