§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm or individual who shall violate any of the provisions of § 150.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $200, and each and every day’s violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In case the owner or occupant of any lot, lots or premises under the provisions of § 150.02 of this chapter shall be a corporation, and shall violate any provision of § 150.02 of this chapter, the president, vice-president, secretary or treasurer of such corporation or any manager, agent or employee of such corporation shall be also severally liable for the penalties herein provided.
