The city adopts by reference certain editions of the Southern Standard Building Code, the National Electrical Code, the Standard Plumbing Code, the Mechanical Safety Code, the Life Safety Code, the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, the International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Fuel/Gas Code, the International Energy Conservation Code, the International Existing Building Code, the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, the International Property Maintenance Code and the International Fire Code, and any and all amendments and modifications thereto, excepting fee related portions, and these documents are incorporated herein as if set out in full.
