§ 131.04 DUTY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.

A natural or adoptive parent, legal guardian, person in loco parentis or other person with legal custody or control of a minor commits an offense is he or she knowingly permits or, by criminally negligent control, allows the minor to appear in a public place in violation of any section of this chapter.
