§ 130.05 GATHERINGS INVOLVING UNDERAGE DRINKING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall suffer, permit or host a gathering involving underage drinking at his or her place of residence or other private property, place or premises or host a gathering of two or more persons at a public place under his or her control.
