(A) Before any permit shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter, the applicant therefor shall pay a fee, based upon the duration he or she desires to engage in business in the city, as follows:
Peddlers

Per week | $45 |
Per month | $175 |
(B) A vendor participating at an established market, shall pay a market participation fee of $5. This fee shall not effect any other applicable fee or requirement.
