§ 117.09 MARKETS.

Vendors, at times, participate in established flea markets. Any vendor visaing to conduct business within the city shall first pay and receive a permit from the city. Any and all permits shall be clearly displayed at the vender location. Permits shall be obtained at City Hall prior to any transaction.
