§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (B)   A violation of § 114.21(E) of this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
